Data Deletion
At ReplyLi, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account information (name, email, encrypted password).
- All conversations and messages stored in your account.
- Internal notes and audit logs.
- Templates and saved replies.
- Reports and analytics data.
How to Request Deletion
Method 1: Via Email
Send an email to privacy@replyli.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address registered to your account.
Method 2: From the Dashboard
Log in → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data will be deleted within 30 days.
Timeline
After receiving your request, we will delete your data within 30 days. We may retain some aggregated, anonymized data for statistical purposes. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.
For WhatsApp Users (Customers)
If you are a customer who communicated with a business via WhatsApp and want your data deleted, please send a request to privacy@replyli.com with your phone number and the name of the business you communicated with.
