1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReplyLi platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the service. This service is operated by GHRS Ventures (CR 7053644840).

2. Service Description

ReplyLi is a shared WhatsApp inbox platform designed for businesses. The platform allows teams to collaboratively manage WhatsApp conversations with features including assignment and transfer, SLA timers, templates, internal notes, and reports.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Pricing & Payment

Pricing starts at SAR 399/month. Billing is monthly unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
