Message Data: Content of WhatsApp messages sent and received through the platform, and metadata (timestamps, delivery status).
Usage Data: Login logs, feature interactions, and device/browser information.
Contact Data: Phone numbers and names of contacts you communicate with via WhatsApp.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the shared inbox service.
To display conversations and contact information to your team.
To generate reports and analytics (response times, conversation volume).
To improve the platform and fix technical issues.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Convex servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We use workspace-level data isolation to ensure each organization can only access its own data.

5. WhatsApp Integration (Meta)

We use Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to send and receive messages. This integration is subject to Meta's business policies and WhatsApp Business terms. We do not sell or share your message data with third parties beyond what is required to operate the service.
